This luxury new 1 / 2 Bedroom apartment is spacious and comfortable, furnished to a very high standard to make your stay as pleasant as possible. 3 seperate balconies with sea views overlook the pool area. The living/dining area seperates to create a second bedroom. There is a sofa and chair giving seating for 4, and dining for 6 should friends visit. There is cable TV, DVD’s or a CD player for your entertainment. The separate kitchen area is fully equipped with all amenities. The bathroom in the apartment has a shower over the bath. The bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe with a King size bed; the second bedroom has two single beds. There is lift access to the apartment and designated underground parking. Families are well catered for with a cot and highchair available, a wide selection of children’s DVD’s and pool toys provided.................................................................................... Guest comments and reviews ......................................................................................... “Description and photo's of the property are as advertised however we were greeted by a property that was more spacious than we anticipated. It was clean and well presented. All equipment was in full working order. Beautiful pool, very quiet and a real sun trap. We visited 3rd week in October and 3 days registered over 80F and were completely cloudless. In terms of location its a 10 minute walk to the strip and a further 25 to the old town although buses and the tourist train/bus are handy and frequent.
Excellent service from the owner who provides all the information about the property / location / resort including recommendations for restaurants / bars.
The transfer company used by the owner was excellent. Keys for the property were held by them. The fact that the owner lays on the transfer at no extra cost takes away all the hassle and added expense.
For any friend visiting Albufeira I'd definitely recommend this property.
